Visualizing a new center for community! Our renderings highlight the future of Longwood Place in Boston. Developed by Skanska USA – New England and designed by Sasaki, this project aims to create a vibrant nucleus through the power of mixed-use architecture. There will be almost 15,000 SF of community space on the ground-level, alongside innovative workspaces, amenities, housing, and more. We are always excited to collaborate on projects that create flourishing community environments!

Reaching new heights, our imagery visualizes the future of the Miami skyline! One Brickell City Centre will be Miami’s first-ever supertall office tower. Developed by Related Companies and Swire Properties and Designed by Arquitectonica, the 68-story building is the tallest that the FAA has ever approved in Miami, and it is the maximum height permitted by aviation authorities in the city. We look forward to seeing how this project progresses!
Brian Martínez Román has 11 years of Architectural Visualization experience, and he has been Shimahara Visual’s New York Studio Director since 2017.
