Inflection Point

On 07.19 we hosted a webinar panel discussion, Inflection Point, which considered the ways that Generative AI impacts, hinders, or helps the future of the ArchViz industry. We had an exciting set of panelists that sparked engaging discussions and ideas, moderated by our Art Directors, Michelle Obayda and Igor Neminov.

Batter’s up!

It is always a pleasure to collaborate with LPA to bring their projects and ideas to life! Working closely with their team, we helped visualize a transformational project for the UC Irvine Cicerone Field at Anteater Ballpark. Opened in 2002, the field’s exceptional playing conditions coupled with the Newkirk Pavilion helped elevate UCI’s baseball program. Once completed, this ballpark will help elevate UCI Baseball to new, unparalleled heights. We hope through our imagery, we can gain more traction and excitement towards this project, so it can reach its full potential!

Though we often post residential, office, or mixed use projects, our skills in visualization branch out into the world of education and sports as well! Keep an eye out to see the full breadth of our beautiful artwork!

Major revitalization is underway in the greater Boston Area at the former Bayside Expo Center—a long underutilized parcel of land. Through our imagery, we can visualize how Dorchester Bay City will transform this once obsolete site into a vibrant hub that emphasizes creating public space and connecting the community. This project is quickly gaining traction and hoping to break ground in mid-2024!
