We’re excited to share our work on the restoration of Hoboken Terminal as part of the broader Hoboken Connect redevelopment led by LCOR.

We’ve had the unique opportunity to document the terminal’s restoration through cinematic films and photography, capturing each moment as this historic landmark is carefully brought back to life.

Alongside this, we designed and developed a dedicated restoration website, a living archive that brings together past and present in a dynamic, accessible way.As the project continues to evolve, new content is added regularly, offering a real-time look into this remarkable transformation.

We’re incredibly proud to have partnered with Verdot Capital on Amaré Homes, a thoughtfully crafted single family rental community inspired by the spirit and beauty of the Southwest. From naming and logo design to a fully realized marketing website, we built a flexible brand system designed to grow across multiple communities while telling a cohesive story of modern living, timeless design, and a place that truly feels like home!

 

 

Working closely with Captiva Partners, we developed a comprehensive verbal and visual identity for the project, including naming, logo design, color palette, typography, brand pillars, and a custom marketing brochure. Together, these elements establish a cohesive foundation that elevates the campus and supports future leasing and investment goals.

We then brought the brand to life through a complete visual storytelling suite, including aerial, drone, and ground level photography, along with a short splash animation designed to introduce the project with immediate impact. The result is a modern, refined industrial destination aligned with a clear and strategic vision.
