Known as Sunset + Wilcox, this 15-story office building, designed by Gensler, is set to land on Sunset Boulevard in 2026, contingent upon approvals by the City of Los Angeles. In addition to this project developed by Millennium Partners, Sunset Boulevard will see several new skyscrapers grow from the ground-up!

 In collaboration with Gensler, our images give a glimpse into the future of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. This project plans to conserve iconic Hollywood elements while energizing the neighborhood with pedestrian friendly enhancements, outdoor dining, temporary art installations, and more. We can’t wait to see how this historic landmark transforms!

Through our collaboration with Abramson Architects and Center Capital Partners LLC, our images visualize the future of this three-story edifice featuring approximately 72,000 square feet of office space! Only a stone’s throw from the Expo/La Brea line, we are excited for the walkability and accessible commute to this vibrant workspace!

Working closely with Lowe and Ware Malcomb, we produced imagery that shows an exciting new development in the Arts District of Los Angeles. Standing high above its surroundings, this building will have terraces and a rooftop deck overlooking iconic views of LA. An incredible project in a dynamic neighborhood, we can’t wait to see how the Arts District continues to grow!

Our rendering becomes reality in DTLA! As construction continues on 8th & Figueroa, the shining glass façade is beginning to climb this 42 story apartment by Mitsui Fudosan America and Johnson Fain. We are looking forward to seeing this complex continue to come together!
