IMT Residential recently completed excavation for the future site of Citrus Commons. Alongside the residential and commercial spaces, our renderings give a glimpse into this walkable and bikeable living community that promotes sustainability and healthy living.
In collaboration with ZGF Architects, we visualized the future of the UMass Chan Medical School. This 350,000 sq. ft LEED Gold certified state-of-the-art biomedical research building hopes to attract health professionals and researchers across the world. Excited to be part of a project where commitment to sustainability includes Net Zero energy and interior spaces that focus on a healthy environment for workers, students, and researchers.
Helping the Los Angeles community get back on their feet. Working alongside HED, Shimahara Visual volunteered their efforts to create renderings for the now built Angeles House. This project, run by the Union Rescue Mission – Los Angeles, aims to provide interim family housing and support services for parents and their children. Angeles House hopes to create a path to permanent housing, foster a home-like environment, and uplift the residents of the homeless population.
Continuing their commitment to academic excellence and accessibility in the Performing Arts, The Colburn School plans to expand their campus in Downtown Los Angeles. Entrusting the artistic vision to famed architect Frank Gehry, the new additions will include a concert hall, several dance studios, and a theater.
