This LEED Gold campus will include unparalleled on-site amenities: a state-of-the-art fitness center, a premier ground floor wellness café, a penthouse multi-purpose room, and a rooftop terrace just steps away from academic and research institutions. Make way for a mixed-use building! Our imagery shows the future of the intersection at 6th and Wilshire in Santa Monica, where a former commercial building once occupied by FedEx will transform into a mixed use apartment complex. Designed by KFA Architecture, this 50-foot-tall building will feature a rooftop deck, co-working space, pet spa, retail space, and a central courtyard. Currently under construction, we look forward to updating you on more about this project!

In addition to revitalizing the public infrastructure along the waterfront, there are plans for the addition of new shops, restaurants, and even two hotels. Our imagery, created in close collaboration with Bellwether Financial Group, highlights the commercial spaces and public spaces that are to come. Construction is set to begin in 2023.
With only a few small touches left, this project designed by Gensler is set to unveil its state-of-the-art work campus in Sawtelle. Our film and brand messaging helped highlight Lumen’s commitment to a healthy and holistic campus environment that promotes wellness while working. The natural-light infused workspaces, combined with a 65,000 sq. ft private rooftop courtyard overlooking LA, foster a uniquely stimulating environment for creative thinking and collaboration. We look forward to when it is officially complete!
