Continuing their commitment to academic excellence and accessibility in the Performing Arts, The Colburn School plans to expand their campus in Downtown Los Angeles. Entrusting the artistic vision to famed architect Frank Gehry, the new additions will include a concert hall, several dance studios, and a theater. Through the collaborative efforts of ZGF Architects and Shimahara Visual, a new headquarters for CISA is underway in Washington DC’s historic St. Elizabeth’s West Campus! Integrating the old and the new, this project thoughtfully incorporates the historic character and landscape of the area alongside the 1.4 million square feet of new construction. Wonderful updates are coming through from our collaboration with Mitsui Fudosan America and Johnson Fain‘s new residential high-rise on 8th & Figueroa! This 530-foot-tall building will feature housing, parking, and ground-floor retail spaces. We can’t wait to see this building come to life!
